What we collect

When you request a quote

Your name, email address(es), phone number, company or group name (optional), pickup or shipping choice and shipping address, the shirts, colors, sizes and print spots you pick, any notes, and the artwork you upload. That includes any edits you make with our built-in art editor and the mockup images the site makes for your quote.

When you use the contact form

Your name, email, phone (optional) and your message.

When you sign in (optional)

Your email address. We email you a one-time 6-digit code and keep only a scrambled copy of it for 10 minutes. If you choose, we also save your contact details, ship-to addresses, past quotes and any unfinished item you save to your account (the shirt, color, sizes, notes and your art file names — not the art itself) so you can reorder or pick up where you left off.

Automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical details (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party cookies.

Cookies & your device

• Sign-in cookies (only if you sign in): a secure session cookie and a small “signed in” flag. They last up to 90 days, or until you sign out.
• Your browser’s storage: the quote you’re building and your artwork stay on your own phone or computer until you send the quote or clear them, so you don’t lose work if you close the page. An unfinished item is kept on your device for up to 30 days.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, contact you about your order, print and deliver it, send your confirmation email and sign-in codes, keep your account and reorder history (if you use one), and keep the site secure.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Only the Inkable Clothing team and the service providers that help us run the site and deliver your order, under their own privacy and security terms:

• our website host (pages, forms and file storage)
• our email provider (confirmations and sign-in codes)
• a shipping carrier, if you choose shipping

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Quotes, orders and artwork: 2 years after your last order, then deleted.
• Account and saved info (contact details, ship-to addresses, My Merch reorder list): 2 years after your last order, then deleted.
• Unfinished drafts saved to your account: up to 90 days, or until you finish or delete them in My Merch.
• Contact form messages: up to 2 years.
• Sign-in codes: 10 minutes. Sign-in sessions: up to 90 days.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email orders@inkableclothing.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to delete your account and saved artwork. You can sign out any time, and you can delete saved drafts in My Merch or tap “Start over,” or clear this site’s data in your browser.

Your artwork

By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to quote and print your order, and we don’t share or reuse it for anything else.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

The whole site uses HTTPS. Signing in uses one-time codes, so there’s no password to leak. Uploaded files are stored privately and are only reachable through private links we use internally. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
